WOULD YOU LIKE A GARDEN PLOT? We are accepting "Applications of Interest." You will be the first to know about the progress in obtaining funding to build the garden and the first to receive information on how to apply for a plot.
We will be building 55 4x8 garden plots and 2x4 storage benches for Phase 1 of the Novato Community Garden. We will also be building 5 Wheelchair accessible plots directly adjacent to parking provided by the City of Novato. You will also be added to our email list to keep you updated. WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR A PLOT? Once we’ve raised the $150,000 to build the garden and the infrastructure then we can take applications. You can help us expedite this process by either:
HOW MUCH WILL A PLOT COST? Our estimate cost for 4x8 plots with 2x4 storage benches is $150 per year. WILL THERE BE SCHOLARSHIPS? We will also have scholarships available for those facing financial hardships. As an independent nonprofit, we will apply for grants and have fundraising events. Our success will depend on community involvement and support. We need to be financial sustainable in order to keep the garden open.
